Founded by Carl and Heidi, the company was built on a foundation rooted in military discipline and a reputation driven entirely by word of mouth. Looking back at those early days, Carl remembers beginning with no customer base at all, personally handing out business cards at gas stations and local restaurants throughout town just to keep the lights on.
