Ramalingam joins SEER as the company continues its strong growth trajectory, building on a period of strategic scaling and geographic expansion while entering its next phase of maturity. He has a track record of building high-performing organizations by aligning teams around clear priorities and enabling them to operate with ownership and accountability.
Most recently, as Co-President at Progress Residential, Ramalingam helped lead one of the nation’s largest single-family rental platforms through a period of significant expansion, digital modernization, and EBITDA growth. Earlier in his career at McDonald’s Corporation, he led an extensive footprint of restaurants across multiple states, overseeing the operational development and evolution of the Great South Market.
