Navix Health Partners with APT Financial to Bring Native Payment Processing to Behavioral Health Facilities

Treatment facilities can now collect credit card, debit, ACH, and recurring payments directly inside the Navix platform, removing the bolt-on payment systems operators have long worked around.

NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESS Newswire / June 25, 2026 / Navix Health, the AI-native CRM, EMR, and RCM platform built for behavioral health treatment facilities, today announced a partnership with APT Financial to deliver payment processing natively within the Navix platform. The integration lets facilities collect patient payments where they already manage clinical and billing workflows, rather than through a separate, disconnected system.

With the integration live now, facilities using Navix can accept all major credit and debit cards, process ACH payments, automate recurring invoicing for ongoing programs and aftercare, send pay-by-link requests, and create hyper-custom payment plans, all from inside Navix.

APT specializes in payment processing for substance use disorder treatment centers, a segment other processors classify as high-risk. APT’s platform was built specifically for treatment facilities, with transparent pricing, no long-term contracts, and support built around how facilities actually operate.

“Patient responsibility is becoming a larger percentage of the overall revenue mix at a time when many patients are financially strained,” said Chip Harden, founder and CEO of APT Financial. “APT equips providers with the tools needed to collect more patient responsibility while meeting patients where they are financially. Building that directly into Navix means facilities can act on it inside the system they already run on.”

“Operators have spent years stapling payment tools onto software that was never built to collect,” said Jason Brumback, founder and CEO of Navix Health. “We built Navix for facilities, and payments belong inside that workflow, not beside it. Partnering with APT lets us put patient responsibility where the work already happens, from the front office to billing, with a processor that understands this industry instead of treating it as a risk category to avoid.”

The two companies plan to deepen the integration over time, connecting payment collection more tightly across the admission, clinical, and billing workflow, with additional payment options on the roadmap.

The integration is available now to Navix customers.

About Navix Health

Navix Health is an AI-native CRM, EMR, and RCM platform built for behavioral health treatment facilities. Where most systems were adapted from general healthcare and bolted together, Navix was built for facilities from the ground up, with AI that does the work of documentation, intake, and clinical operations rather than just suggesting it.

The platform serves detox, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, and sober living providers treating addiction, mental health, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis. It includes Navix Hub (EMR), Navix CRM, and a suite of AI features spanning clinical documentation, intake, and conversational access to the medical record. Navix is an open platform with a public REST API, MCP server, and webhooks, and is HIPAA compliant, SOC 2, BAA-eligible, and 42 CFR Part 2-aware.

Navix is building toward the AI Operating System for behavioral health, a single intelligent layer that connects every system a facility runs. Today’s platform is the foundation. Learn more at navixhealth.com.
