Rubrik, Inc. (NYSE: RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, today announced the appointment of Rakefet Russak-Aminoach to its Board of Directors. Ms. Russak-Aminoach, a globally recognized financial services leader and venture investor, brings vast digital transformation and enterprise governance experience to Rubrik as organizations face compounding cyber threats.

Ms. Russak-Aminoach currently serves as a Managing Partner at Team8, a global venture group specializing in building, investing and scaling companies. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank Leumi from 2012 to 2019, where she led a digital transformation and cultural shift that positioned Leumi as Israel’s most profitable and technologically advanced bank.
Under her leadership, Bank Leumi launched Pepper, Israel’s first mobile-only bank; established LeumiTech, a dedicated banking platform for high-tech enterprises; and implemented a major efficiency and restructuring program that strengthened capital adequacy and optimized group performance. Her tenure at Bank Leumi became the subject of a 2019 Harvard Business School case study, Leading Bank Leumi into the Future. Ms. Russak-Aminoach holds an LL.B., an MBA in Finance and Insurance, and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
